After the close…

We have XRTX down -10.4% and BLUD up +5.1% following their earnings results.

Stocks lacked direction for the entire session and finished mixed. After the close, notable stocks reporting earnings include DMAN, GPN, IHS, BLUD, LWSN, SABA, SCHN, SHP, SHAW and XRTX.

Futures are mixed after hours with S&P 500 futures down -0.05 from fair value of 1269.85 and Nasdaq 100 futures up +0.90 points from fair value of 2275.85.

Seven of ten sectors were in negative territory, led by telecom (-2.8%), energy (-0.7%) and consumer discretionary (-0.7%).

Tomorrow before the open we have two economic reports scheduled to be released: Nonfarm payrolls (Consensus 150K) and Nonfarm private payrolls (Consensus 162K), and 2) Unemployment Rate (Consensus 9.7%), Hourly earnings (Consensus 0.1%) and Average workweek (Consensus 34.3).

Also tomorrow before the open stocks expected to report earnings include AZZ, GBX, KBH, PSMT, and RBN.

^SML and PSVIX were both down today. PSVIX half of much as ^SML. ^SML is still flashing red on it’s chart, but $DJI, SPX and COMP are not
