DJIA Market Happenings For Tuesday, March 13, 2018

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Apple (AAPL), Goldman Sachs (GS) and Microsoft (MSFT). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +71 points.

Monday the Dow was down -157.13 (-0.62%) at 25,178.61.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +1.86%.

There were 19 Dow stocks up Monday.

The Dow stock winners Monday were led by General Electric (GE) +1.07% and Apple (AAPL) +0.97%.

The Dow stock losers Monday were led by Boeing (BA) -2.91% and Caterpillar (CAT) -2.37%.

Nike (NKE +0.78%) was rated a new ‘Outperform’ at Credit Suisse with a price target of $78.

US consumer prices rose modest 0.2 percent in February.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down three-tenths of a cent at $2.523 per gallon.
