DJIA Market Happenings For Wednesday, December 13, 2017

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include Boeing (BA), Cisco (CSCO), Goldman Sachs (GS), Nike (NKE), Pfizer (PFE) and Visa (V).There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

The Market

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open up +11 points.

Tuesday the Dow was up +118.77 (+0.49%) at 24,504.80.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +24.00%.

There were 16 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

The Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by Goldman Sachs (GS) +3.02% and Verizon (VZ) +2.60%.

The Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by 3M (MMM) -1.14% and Intel (INTC) -0.76%.

The Fed announces today at about 11:00 am PST.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down two-tenths of a cent at $2.454 per gallon.
