DJIA Market Happenings For Wednesday, September 20, 2017

Dow stocks at 52 week highs include American Express (AXP), Boeing (BA), Caterpillar (CAT), 3M (MMM) and Procter & Gamble (PG). There are no Dow stock 52 week lows.

Premarket today, the Dow was indicated to open down -3 points.

Tuesday the Dow was up +39.45 (+0.18%) at 22,370.80.

Year-to-date the Dow is up +13.20%.

There were 16 Dow stocks up Tuesday.

The Dow stock winners Tuesday were led by Verizon (VZ) +2.60% and American Express (AXP) +1.29%.

The Dow stock losers Tuesday were led by UnitedHealth (UNH) -1.79% and General Electric (GE) -1.06%.

Hurricane Maria slams Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands as a catastrophic Category 4 storm.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended higher.
