Pfizer (PFE -0.47%) was upgraded to ‘Overweight’ from ‘Equalweight’ at Barclays with a 12-month price target of $38.

European stocks are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly lower.

The national average price of gasoline is up a penny at $2.135 per gallon.
