The Market

This morning the Dow is down -90 points.

Year-to-date the Dow is up about +18.50%.

Chevron (CVX) has agreed to pay $1.28 million in fines after pleading no contest to criminal charges stemming from a 2012 fire at the company’s Richmond, California refinery last year.

Disney (DIS) reports earnings after the close today.

European markets are mostly lower and Asian markets ended mostly higher.

The national average price of gasoline is down six-tenths of a cent to $3.608 per gallon.
