Market Happenings For Monday, December 03, 2012

Premarket, futures are up despite the fiscal cliff. Gainers this morning include DELL (+5.91%), IGT, VMC, AMD and BSX while losers include WY (-1.67%), YHOO, ETN, CF and EIX.

The Market

Bank of America (BAC) shares are up following reports
over the weekend that the bank was backing down on instituting new fees this year that would have impacted more than 10 million customers.

Europe is mostly higher and Asian markets ended mixed.

There was nothing good over the weekend on the fiscal cliff.

The national average price of gasoline is down four-tenths of a cent to $3.387 per gallon.

Earnings reports (estimates): CONN-Conn’s Inc. ($0.27), CENT-Central Garden and Pet Co. (-0.21).
