Premarket, futures are up. Gainers this morning include EA (+6.75%), DRI, IRM, EXPE and S while losers include WDC (-1.51%), GT, COH, ETFC and BTU.

The Market

Futures are up this morning, could this be the 9th Friday rise in a row for the Dow?

In Europe stocks are mixed and Asian markets ended higher.

Today we have “quadruple witching,” when four types of contracts expire, market index futures, market index options, stock options and stock futures. This can add some volatility to the trading day.

The national average price of gasoline dropped 1.3 cents to $3.833 per gallon.
