Biggest Dow Component Winner For 2011

The biggest winning, DJIA component for 2011 was…. McDonald’s (MCD). It was up +34.65%, which includes all dividends paid during the year. It was in the no. 8 position in 2011 for “Highest Yielding Dow Stocks” with a 3.18% yield on 12/31/2010. The top ten yielding 2011 DJIA stocks were, in descending order, T (5.85%), VZ (5.45%), PFE (4.57%), MRK (4.22%), KFT (3.68%), JNJ (3.49%), DD (3.29%), MCD (3.18%), CVX (3.16%) and GE (3.06%).
