DJIA All Time Closing High Occurred One Year Ago Today

Yes, one year ago today the DOW set an all-time closing high of 14,164.13 (10/9/07). Today the DOW closed at 8,579.19 and is now down -39.43% from that all-time closing high.
The DOW set an all-time intraday high on 10/11/2007 at 14,279.96
So we have now been in a decline for 1 year.
